AMENDMENT 0001 (Dated 02/23/2024):
This amendment (0001) is being issued to: (1) Add a question and answer document to Attachments/Links. (2) Extend the quote submission deadline in order to be able to hold a day for site visits. (3) Add an SF-30 to the Attachments/Links. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0062 is to trouble shoot and repair breaker B3 cables in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section.
The associated NAICS is 811310 (Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance) with a small business size standard of under $12.5 million. The applicable PSC is J061 (Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Electric Wire and Power Distribution Equipment). This solicitation is issued as “Full and Open”.

Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Wednesday, February 21, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation.
A completed copy of the SF-30 amendment form, SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details.
All quotes must be submitted in writing with all other requested and required documentation. Quotes are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Monday, March 4, 2024.
