The Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC) at Hill AFB Utah and its continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS) geographically separated units (GSUs) including Randolph AFB Texas, Davis-Monthan AFB Arizona, and Kadena Air Base Japan have a requirement to gain International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 certification under Aerospace Standard (AS) 9110C Quality Management Systems- Requirements for Aviation Maintenance Organizations. To attain certification under this standard, the OO-ALC requires a contract with a third-party certification body to perform inspection of its quality practices, identify deficiencies to be corrected, and issue a certificate of compliance once deficiencies are corrected.
The proposed contract will be for a single-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with an estimated ordering period of five (5) years with an additional 6-month option to extend. GSUs will have the option to participate after year 1. The Government intends to solicit this contract using full and open competition.
REQUIRED SUBMISSIONS
All vendors shall submit a complete proposal based on the requirements described in the 52.212-1 Addendum - Offer Preparation Instructions and 52.212-2 Addendum - Offer Evaluation documents attached to this posting.
All vendors must also be registered in SAM and provide their CAGE codes.
EVALUATION CRITERIA
