This is a small business set-aside solicitation for supply of armor stone. The Government is seeking a contractor to deliver up to a maximum estimate of 35,000 tons a year, of aggregate armor stone, ranging in size from 3 to 7 Ton, via truck in 20T lots to Milwaukee harbor and by barge in 1,250 T lots to five Lake Michigan harbors, Calumet, Chicago, Michigan City, Sheboygan, and Sturgeon Bay located in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. The stone needs to conform to ASTM C127, 127, C 135, D 535, D5312, D5312, C 295, and D 4992. The Governments intends to award one, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) supply contract, for a three-year period, having a ceiling price of $17M. Offerors must be active in sam.gov, and register in PIEE.eb.mil to submit an offer.
