This acquisition is restricted to qualified sources (Industrial Electronic Engineers CAGE 05464, Battelle Memorial Institute CAGE 79986, BAE Systems CAGE 99789 and Elbit America CAGE 50218). Contractors desiring to become a qualified source must submit a qualification package. Please see clause 52.209-1 and the attached Manufacturing Qualification Requirement for additional details.
