Specifications include, but are not limited to:Site contains an existing portable building. TXDPS Project Manager will coordinate removal of building with owner prior to delivery of new leased building. B. Vendor’s Bid shall be for a new building, equipment, and materials C. Vendor will provide floor plan drawings for proposed facility building with their Bid. Show materials, dimensions, hardware, grommets, assembly methods, cabinet-cut details, electrical / data items, and sink locations. D. Vendor will provide list of all options and samples of colors, materials and finishes included in the Monthly Rental Rate. TXDPS may request and retain samples and catalog cuts as required for accessory and special items. E. Minor revisions to accommodate TXDPS operations and use may be required. Final locations for electrical power receptacles, data drop, lighting & controls will be completed by Vendor at no additional costs to TXDPS. F. Vendor’s final engineered drawing will be approved by TXDPS prior to execution of contract. G. Room finishes (e.g. color and texture) will be approved by TXDPS prior to execution of contract. H. An on-site inspection will be conducted prior to delivery of building and acceptance by TXDPS. I. Vendor, who receives award, will provide final shop drawings and manufacturer cut-sheets for building (e.g. elevations, floor plans, Casework, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), decks, stairs, ramps, HVAC units ducting / controls, electric panels, circuitry, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and aluminum entry systems) under seal of engineer(s) registered in State of Texas for TXDPS review and approval prior to execution of contract and purchase of materials or fabrication. J. Bid shall include delivery, setup / leveling, skirting (under pinning), and debris removal
