The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area Office has a construction requirement for reinforced concrete pad with required site improvements at USDA-ARS-PWA CPCRC in Adams OR. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement.
In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is less than $25,000.00.
USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract.
The requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Businesses, under NAICS Code 238110 with a size standard of $19M.
