THIS IS A SOURCE SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY. This is NOT a Request for Quotation and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract/purchase order. The purpose of this Source Sought Synopsis is to seek out interested businesses capable of fulfilling this product requirement.
The Regional Contracting Office Parris Island is performing market research to determine available sources that can provide 11 office cubicles. See the below salient characteristics.
There will be a site visit available for any vendor interested in providing the government with a free estimate to fulfill this requirement. Below is the information concerning the site visit.
Where: Bldg. 11 Boulevard de France Beaufort, SC 29902
When: February 20, 2024 at 10:00 AM
Who: Vendors capable of providing the below salient characteristics and offer the Government an estimate
How: In order to RSVP, email kevin.ortega@usmc.mil and provide the following information no later than February 13:
-Full name, Date of birth, Driver’s License State and Number
Salient Characteristics:
- Provide 11 office cubicles with doors measuring 10 feet x 12 feet x 7 feet tall. Provide an additional 2 doors to separate 2 office spaces.
- Color: Gray
-Replace and install the office cubicles with doors. Cubicles must be flushed to the wall.

In addition, interested vendors shall provide the following information:
1. Is your business a small business under this NAICS code?
2. Refer to the attached draft Performance Work Statement and respond base on the ability to provide those technical requirements.
3. Are the services available under a GSA/FSS contract? If so, please provide the contract number.
4. Cage code and DUNS number. Cage code and DUNS number must be registered in System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov)
5. Provide a contractor capabilities statement and electronic business card.
There is not a defined requirement yet and this Sources Sought is for market research and information purposes only. The government reserves the right to issue multiple contracts for this requirement.
