Properties that have frontage on the boundary streets are within the delineated area of consideration.

Additional Requirements:
- 10’ 6" minimum clear ceiling height of warehouse interior
- Minimum of one 10’ x’ 10’ or larger roll-up door at ground level
- Warehouse must have the depth and width to accommodate boats with masts, inflatable and powered rafts of various sizes, lockers, file cabinets, and storage shelving.
- One spigot inside at the roll-up door.
- One spigot outside at the roll-up door.
- One Access Door into suite/space
- One restroom inside the suite/space.
- Parking to be paved, striped and lit.
- 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year access
- FLS Level I
- Onsite dumpster
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
