Review existing studies related to exhaust capacity, Testing and Air Balancing (TAB) studies completed for the individual floor buildouts, TAB study for the entire building which will be conducted concurrently with this procurement, perform further investigation as determined necessary; the airside systems serving SERC, design and prioritize reparative strategies including the addition of a new air handling unit, establish a detailed HVAC shutdown schedule, prepare construction documentation, provide construction administration services, commission the full system. Architectural services are limited to services related to returning surfaces affected by modifications to the existing system.
