Services included, but will not be limited to: replacement of campus street light lamps or repairs to these, locating and repairing of wiring-above & underground, location services when digging on campus is necessary, repair and maintenance of air handlers & relay switches in all buildings on campus and locations the facility would be responsible for provision of this service at our supported living sites, ditch witch digging for underground breaks, maintenance and repair of all 480 volt issues on campus, electrical certifications when requested, furnishing reports & recommendations to the facility when requested of vendor feels information is necessary, completion of wiring or rewiring where requested, provision for installation for all new electrical needs on campus, service for emergent panels, heaters, motors, air conditioning needs, etc. as requested.
