Minimum Storage height 18’ 6”
Must support Storage Racking System Anchors
60,000 to 69,000 square feet of exterior storage
Entire facility needs to be fenced with at least one guard shack at the main entry point.
There may be additional security requirements based on the buildings security score and further assessment by FAA Security.
Building lightning protection system will be required
Facility cannot be located in the 100 year flood plain.

- No build to suits will be considered, this must be existing space or already in development/ construction.
- You will be required to provide to build out the space to FAA requirements. You will be reimbursed for all build out expenses within 180 days of substantial completion.
- Expressions of Interest should be submitted by email to RECO Thomas Kewitt @ Thomas.kewitt@faa.gov and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or request for proposals. The FAA is using this information for evaluation and planning purposes. The FAA may issue a formal solicitation in the near future, construct our own facility or remain in place at the current location.) Information required:
Building name/address/building ownership information
Location of space in the building and date it will be available.
Rentable square feet offered, asking rental rate per square foot.
How the common area factor was calculated. (no common area factor will be allowed in a single tenant building).
Floor plan showing available space.
Site plan showing how you plan to fence and secure the FAA facility.
Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced Government lease is required. The Government reserves the right to reject any building that does not meet agency requirements upon submission of the expression of interest. No further notification will be required on the part of the Government.
The FAA may issue a formal Solicitation Offers, construct our own facility, remain in place at the current facility or take no additional action.
