Specifications include, but are not limited to: converting an existing classroom and an adjacent storage space into a Level One Culinary Arts classroom with an adjacent supporting storage space. Along the accessible path to the classroom, two existing non accessible toilet rooms will be renovated into one unisex accessible restroom, and an existing drinking fountain will be replaced with a new hi-lo accessible drinking fountain unit. The new Culinary Arts Level One classroom shall have six total kitchenette stations, one of which will be designated as an accessible station. Each station will have a gas range with exhaust hood, a double bowl sink, and a microwave. Additionally the project will provide for two under counter dishwashers, one mobile refrigeration unit and one mobile freezer unit.
