The purpose of this Amendment 0002 is to answer vendor questions and provide an extension in due date to allow time to review. The due date for quotes is hereby extended to 01/11/2024 at 16:00 MT. Q1. Line Item 0002 The Activity Table with Game Top ships unassembled. Does the top have to be attached to the base after it arrives to the VA. Can you confirm that this is acceptable? A1. This is acceptable, our people can put the game table together. What can come assembled needs to come assembled and what can come ballasted needs to come ballasted. Q2. Could you please clarify if all items in the attached SOW apply including physical design meetings, install, etc., or does the facility just need the correct assembled/weighted furniture items (per manufacturer's spec sheets) delivered there on schedule? "...In addition, The contractor shall: a. Coordinate and provide project management of all products and services to manage, design, order, ship, deliver and install new furniture from the manufacturer until final acceptance TBD b. Scheduling requirements to include manufacturing, and project management c. Only include products specified within the SOW Brand name or Equal. d. Provide maintenance manuals for all products specified. 3.0 KICKOFF MEETING The prime contractor(s) shall participate in a kickoff meeting within sixteen (16) weeks of task order issuance.
