Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will provide all Labor, materials, warranties, and any needed rental equipment to demolish (3) existing systems and install, perform start-up, and warranty, Three (3) new 16 SEER split system air conditioners with a 90% efficiency gas furnaces. The equipment and accessories shall consist of: new 15 SEER condensing units, new low voltage wiring, new line voltage disconnects, new whips, new furnaces, new vent piping, new copper condensate drains with acid neutralizer capability, new digital thermostats, new gas shutoff valves, new piping (with drip leg) from said valve to the new furnaces, new cased evaporator coils and new duct transitions with flex connector. The furnaces shall also be equipped with a filter rack / base that will allow the unit’s air filter to be replaced without removing the furnace panel. Once the old equipment is removed; the contactor will then clean the all ducting. The contractor will replace all supply, return, and exhaust grills with commercial grade grills. Once the equipment has been replaced and the new grills installed; the contractor shall then perform a certified test and air balance on the systems and provide TXDPS with the report. The existing equipment is composed of: (1) One (1): 80% efficient - 82,000 BTUH Gas Furnace (Marked F1), Evaporator a capacity of 19,750 BTUH, one single phase condensing unit (Marked AC1), one thermostat, one vent pipe, one condensate drain line, one copper refrigerant line set, and one disconnect for the outdoor unit. (2) One (1): 80% efficient - 137,000 BTUH Gas Furnace (Marked F2), Evaporator a capacity of 51,700 BTUH, one single phase condensing unit (Marked AC2), one thermostat, one vent pipe, one condensate drain line, one copper refrigerant line set, and one disconnect for the outdoor unit. (3) One (1): 80% efficient - 137,000 BTUH Gas Furnace (Marked F3), Evaporator a capacity of 37,600 BTUH, one single phase condensing unit (Marked AC3), one thermostat, one vent pipe, one condensate drain line, one copper refrigerant line set, and one disconnect for the outdoor unit.
