Annual support of Great Plains Dynamics Business Ready Advantage Plan and Panatrack software support and maintenance plan for a three year period. WSI has internal systems that are integrated with Great Plains Dynamics to fit our business needs. Keel & Co has a vast knowledge of these integrations. Obtaining a new vendor would require them to learn and fully understand them. When upgrades are done, the integrations require reviewing and upgrading as well. WSI cannot tolerate any lengthy downtime due to the issues with the integrations and the upgrade. Because of Keel’s knowledge, WSI does not have this downtime. WSI uses Great Plains Dynamics system weekly to pay the providers and injured workers of North Dakota Workers’ Compensation. These payments must be paid on time. Keel & Co implemented the integration of the Panatrack inventory & asset tracking software to interface with WSI’s Great Plains Dynamics software. Keel & Co implemented this additional interface to meet WSI’s business needs. No additional specifications were given.
