This procurement is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (Native Firm) set-aside under the Buy Indian Act. Solicitation has been issued. The Indian Health Service, Portland Area Office intends to issue a Request For Quotation for a firm-fixed price purchase order for teleradiology services for Yakama, Colville , Wellpinit Services, and Fort Hall Service Units. The estimated performance period is 5 years including options. The NAICS code is 621512 and the small business size standard $19 Million. Multiple awards of up to four (4) purchase orders may be made, one per each service unit. Options will be evaluated in accordance with provision 52.212-2(b). All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. See attachment for details.
