The Commander of Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) is a United States (US) Department of Defense (DOD) agency that provides Quality of Life (QOL) support services for Military Members, their families, Retirees, Veterans and DOD staff. The Navy Fitness program’s mission is to provide programs and services that contribute to the health, wellbeing, and physical readiness of those that contribute to the Navy’s mission.
Our worldwide audience demands challenging educational opportunities. We seek to have educational courses updated, and developed for MWR fitness professionals and service members. The identified courses and supporting material will be delivered for course instruction that is F2F, virtual instructor-led training (vILT), and asynchronous computer-based training. Services to be performed under this contract include but are not limited to: curriculum design, development, maintenance, and related customized training and learning solutions to enhance education, physical readiness, and career development opportunities for the Navy community.
