Amendment 6 performs the following:
a. Based on the government’s review of amendment 0004, clarifications to reiterate sections of amendment 0004 are necessary to ensure industry is allowed the ability to provide their best offer.
Amendment 5 performs the following:
a. Extends the quote due date to 01/26/2024 at 9AM CST.
b. The due date for querstions has passed and will not be extended.
Amendment 4 perfroms the following:
a. Correct quantites in the table within the statement of work.
b. Update the statement of work to reitierate answers to questions.
c. Provide answers to recent questions.
Amendment 3 performs the following:
a. Correct an answer to a question provided in amendment 0002.
b. Highlight changes to the statement of work.
Amendment 2 performs the following:
a. The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions received about the solicitation.
Amendment 1 performs the following:
a. Extend the due date for questions to 01/18/2024 at 4PM CST.
b. Extend the due date for quotes to 01/24/2024 at 11PM CST.
This procurement supports the replacement of individual patient monitoring systems to a single patient monitoring system across Eastern Oklahoma VA Healthcare System, at Jack C. Montgomery VAMC, Ernest Childers VA Outpatient Clinic and the new Veteran’s Hospital in Tulsa. The solution shall be comprised of both hardware and software along with components designed to monitor, collect, analyze, and alert clinicians to a change in various parameters. The physiologic monitoring system shall measure and display waveforms and various parameters defined in sections . 2.3.7.3, 2.3.7.4 and 2.3.7.5 for each department to display. The requirement also includes telemetry coverage for each department, and all adjacent corridors utilized for patient transport. Lastly, the requirement is for central monitoring capabilities for each department.
