• One (1) each, BL-3400 Low Adhesive Type Labels
• One (1) each, New Fusion Crucible, Part number PFDC-1
• One (1) each, New Fusion Mold, Part number PFDM-1
• One (1) each, Precious Metal Insurance, PF-I600
• Shall include Installation
• Shall include Training, for up to Three people
