The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is a sources sought no award made The Davis Bacon Act does apply I was reading through the Source Sought announcement and noticed that there were six attachments listed in the SOW that I couldn't find.  Currently working on receiving attachments and will upload with next amendment No other terms or conditions are change by this amendment
