The contractor will be responsible for providing DHCP enabled service for a Class C range of IP Addresses utilizing DNS and associated 48 port switches per location (reference PWS) capable of support 110v or 220v power. Administrator login and passwords will be required for the modem, routers, and switches as required. Internet access MUST allow ".mil/.com/.gov" domain access. The contractor shall provide 24/7 on call technical support with a four (4) hour site response time for all sites for any outages. Minimum acceptable availability uptime to the customer shall be no less than 95%.The customer shall be responsible for end user support to include installing networking cable and equipment.
