The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary (except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 of the PWS as Government Furnished) to perform The Professional Education Center’s Dining Attendant & Catered A La Carte Food Services located at Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, Arkansas. The contractor shall provide services to meet serving and housekeeping/sanitation requirements, except on recognized US holidays stated in or when the Government facility/installation is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed facility/installation closings. Contractor shall operate seven days a week (Sunday through Saturday) with the exceptions as stated above. In addition, this contract is considered under “Essential Personnel” if PEC has students or conferences in-house. Performance shall be at the Professional Education Center, Concord Café Dining Facility, building 2501, Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, Arkansas, or other Government furnished facility on Camp Joseph T. Robinson if current facility is closed due to renovations. The contractor shall always maintain an adequate work force for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined within this PWS when the Government facility/installation is not closed for the above reasons. When hiring personnel, the contractor shall keep in mind that the stability and continuity of the work force are essential. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside, and all eligible parties may submit an offer.
