Specifications include, but are not limited to:Scope of Work includes but not limited to replacement of eight package units on the Warehouse/Shop roof and two split systems on the Traffic roof: Shop/Warehouse Building # 078046 (B): Install four 5-ton gas heat RTU 460/3PH R410a; install four 20-ton cooling only RTU; install eight digital programmable thermostats (as specified by Owner); install four smoke detectors on the four individual 20-ton RTUs (as specified by Owner); connect into existing electrical and 24 volts; reconnect gas line; reconnect to existing ductwork; replace drain lines on these four RTUs Traffic Building # 078093 (D): Install two 4-ton air conditioning system; install two 90,000 BTU furnace; install two 4-ton coil; flush out existing refrigeration lines; furnish duct connections with canvas connectors; furnish and install tubing insulation where needed (if lines are accessible). For all units: Removal and proper disposal of existing equipment; connect into existing ductwork and furnish proper connections with canvas connector; furnish and install new drain lines; hail screen, if not factory installed; and, check for proper operations. Provide crane for setting units. Furnish all labor and materials to complete the job. Furnish all permits and inspections, if required; Warranties: 5 years compressor, 1 year parts, and 1 year labor. 1. Unit shall have scroll compressor 2. Install liquid line dryer for system 3. Install new filter rack for 1 (split system) and 2 inch filter (package units) 4. Clean return air area and seal return plenum and unit to return 5. Connect to existing ductwork with proper material such as canvas connectors and metal to duct sealant, where necessary. 6. Any duct tape shall be UL approved with acrylic glue per manufacturer. 7. Clean refrigerant lines properly with nitrogen by purging lines.
