Description: The 413th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB) is looking to potentially time-charter two (2) to twenty (20) ocean cargo vessel for a period up to 365 days to move freight (containers and military equipment) within the INDOPACOM AOR. The 413th CSB is looking to identify potential vendors with vessels available for time-charter. The 413th CSB requests any potential vendors to submit a capability statement of available vessels (i.e. RO/RO, onboard cranes, deck space, maximum load capacity, etc) including picture of vessel to understand capability and capacity available no later than 15 JAN 2024.
Minimum Requirement:
- Jones Act Compliant
- Heavy Lift Capability
- Approx 20-25 additional berth space in addition to ship crew
- Facility Security Clearance / Area to secure sensitive information
- Minimum 6000 sq ft cargo space
