SOURCES SOUGHT / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) FOR LOGISTICAL SUPPORT SERVICES: The 905th Contracting Battalion issues this RFI for Logistical Support Services on Makalapa Naval Base on Oahu, Hawaii. If a solicitation is issued the estimated period for the performance start date is 12 January 2024. Award will be made to a Small Business Set Aside. (Estimated Period of Performance 12 January – 12 February 2024)

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561210 – Facilities Support Services.
The results of this RFI will determine if an Official Solicitation will be issued within the coming days.
Please answer the following questions and provide any feedback in regards to this RFI no later than 11 December 2023 by 1500 Eastern Standard Time.
1. If a solicitation is issued by 13 Dec 2023, would your firm be able to provide a quote no later than 21 December 2023?
2. If a solicitation is issued and quotes due no later than 21 December 2023, how many days’ notice is required for award in order to be at Full Operational Capacity (FOC) no later than Close of Business on 12 January 2024?
3. What other information, questions or recommendations would you like to provide to support this RFI?
4. Do you have access or able to obtain access to US Military Installations?
5. Of the items listed in Table A (see attachment), which items are you able to offer and be at FOC no later than 12 Jan 2024.
