This Solicitation is a Request for Quote, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures, for a firm fixed priced construction purchase order.
The USDA ARS requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to replace Exterior Sanitary Sewer Line B-1 per the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
A site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 3:00 PM CST, at 589 McElroy Drive, Oxford, MS 38655. Please contact Mr. Ray Waits at (662) 232-2933 for questions about the site visit.
Quote must be received not later than 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time Friday, January 5, 2024.

Please include a detailed breakdown of price with various cost elements (e.g. materials, sub-costs, controllers, etc.) Additional quote instructions can be found in Section L. All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit, must be submitted to jessica.pacheco@usda.gov by COB, Friday, December 22, 2023. Questions that are not submitted in writing or that are not submitted by the deadline, may not receive a response. Questions/answers discussed at the site visit will not be binding on the resultant contract unlesssubmitted in writing and incorporated into the solicitation by amendment.
