This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(i) The solicitation/synopsis reference number is W50S6S24Q0003 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
(ii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06, Dated 4 Dec 2023.
(iii) This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 621111 with a $16M size standard.
(iv) Refer to the attached RFQ and supplemental attachments for: List of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure, including option(s) as applicable; Place of performance, acceptance and FOB point; Applicable Provisions and Clauses, additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions.
(v) Amendment 0001 - The timeline for submission of questions has ended. Amended PWS and Q&A is posted to the attachments section.
Any offeror/individual desiring to be considered for Blanket Purchase Agreement must submit a quote with pricing utilizing Attachment 1 - Price List. Vendors shall also submit a completed Section 889 representation (Attachment 2), and Technical Narrative/Capabilities Statement (Refer to Evaluation Factor 2 - Technical | Sub-factor 2 – Technical Capability ).
