Please give special attention to "N3904024R0023 1449 Solicitation" Page 14 under "Important Notes" which states. The Pass Office opens at 0600 AM. It is recommended that if you need a badge/pass to be there at 0600 when they open. This process can sometimes take longer than usual.

(2) If you do not already possess a badge please reach out to Rick Toracinta via email
richard.i.toracinta.civ@us.navy.mil and provide your full name and state of residence, with the subject
line “SITE WALK FOR BARGE 1580”
(3) Rick will communicate What documents are required to receive a badge.
(4) Please arrive at 0700 AM to retrieve your badge.
