This is a sources sought for differential training.
The contractor shall provide Cyber Operations Subject Matter Expertise to establish technical procedures and training data standards in support of the 67 Cyber Wing (CW) requirements. The contractor will be responsible for user and weapon system training in support of cyber operations via the established infrastructure. The contractor shall develop, participate in, and support Mission Qualification Training, Supplemental Training, Upgrade Training, Difference Training, development of Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), currency/proficiency related training events/sessions, and just in time/ad-hoc training courses and lessons within the 67 CW identified operational squadrons. Operations Training Personnel will support the following tasks:
● Provide Offensive/Defensive Cyberspace Operations training for CW subordinate units. Develop, sustain, maintain, and update applicable courseware, academic lessons, and written documentation, as directed.
● Provide administrative support to Cyberspace Operations training, to include facility coordination, scheduling, registration, and course completion documentation.
● Review and provide comments on Master Training Plans/Tasks Lists and Plans of Instruction (POI) for CW cyber crew units.
● Liaise with cyber crew training requirements for Headquarters ACC cyberspace training division (HQ ACC/A3TT), NAF cyberspace training division (16 AF/A3TT) cyber crew training organizations, and CW subordinate units and provide minutes from meetings attended.
● Provide technical analysis and recommendations to higher headquarters for continuous development, dissemination, and standardization of cyberspace TTPs.
● Develop procedures and unit tactics for planning and employing operational mission and wing assets. Office of Coordinating Responsibility for unit mission training, exercises, and evaluation scenarios.
● Review and provide comments on proposed operations training policy and rules of engagement (ROE) for CW units.
● Validate Ready Cybercrew Training Memorandum (RTM) and Ready Cybercrew Program (RCP) compliance across 67 CW squadrons.
● Participate in, instruct, and support Mission Qualification Training, Difference or Currency training, currency/proficiency related training events/sessions, and just in time/ad-hoc training courses and lessons as directed.
