This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 –Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be posted for less than fifteen (15) days in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(2). Request For Quote (RFQ) Number is N66604-24-Q-0002. This requirement is being solicited as unrestricted under the applicable NAICS Code 334111 with a standard size of 1,250 employees. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Small Business Administration Procurement Center concurs with this determination.
NUWCDIVNPT intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Type purchase order for the following Concurrent Real-Time items, no substitutions allowed. Concurrent Real-Time is the only make and model that can satisfy this requirement. The use of any other make or model of this hardware would require an investment to change the entire Weapons Analysis Facility (WAF) Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL) simulation suite which is not feasible due to cost and time constraints.

In accordance with DFARS Clause 252.211-7003, the contractor shall provide a unique item identifier (UID) for all delivered items for which the Government’s unit acquisition cost is $5,000.00 or more.
The quote shall include price, delivery terms, and the following additional information with submission: point of contact (including phone number and email address), contractor cage code, and contractor DUNS.
A quote received after the closing date and time specified will be ineligible for award.
