The purpose of this amendment 1 is to change the proposal due by date from 02 January 2024 to a new due by date of 04 January 2024. This change is also reflected in the SAPR Cover letter and on SAPR attachment 1 Instructions to Offerors & Basis of Award. All else remains the same.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12, subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The subject requirement is to be awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5 and FAR 12 procedures. The 635th Material Maintenance Group (MMG) at Holloman Air Force Base (AFB), New Mexico require a broad range of technical support to the Basic Expeditionary Airfield Resources (BEAR) Base Systems Support Flight (SSF) with BEAR Base system and equipment product enhancement, improvement, and integration functions. The BEAR is an Air Force recognized program and is a critical Agile Combat Support (ACS) capability. It provides vital equipment and supplies necessary to bed down and support combat forces at expeditionary sites with limited infrastructure and support facilities.
