The United States Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking proposals to provide the Government Publishing Office (GPO) Acquisition Services Division (ASD) with the Acquisition Support Services. The services must be placed against the contract in accordance with the Material Management Acquisition Regulation (MMAR).
GPO anticipates a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Level of Effort (LOE) type contract consistent with the Materials Management Acquisition Regulation (MMAR) 16.207.
The Government intends to award one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government after evaluation in accordance with the factors as set forth in this solicitation in accordance with MMAR 15. The Government also reserves the right to award more than one contract or not to award contract in response to this solicitation. The procurement will utilize a Best Value Tradeoff process set forth in MMAR 15.101-1. Offerors must clearly review Sections L and M of this RFP.
