The Mid South CMOP, located at 3209 Elam Farms Parkway, Murfreesboro, TN, 37127 needs a portable steel ramp to be used at the shipping end of the facility. Due to new automated equipment taking up a large amount of floor space on the production floor it will be nearly impossible to move large items from the receiving end of the building to the shipping end of the building therefore requiring an alternate route for product movement. This ramp will allow a forklift to travel on the outside of the building and enter the shipping area with product needed at that end of the facility. We are requesting the following: Mobile steel yard ramp 30,000 lb. capacity 86 overall width, 78 usable driving surface 36 long with a 28 incline with an 8 level off at top end 6 high x 4 wide steel safety side curbs 28 reinforced approach apron Serrated steel grating surface 31 reinforced exit with 16 lip and 2 36 safety chains Undercarriage includes a 2-speed manual cranking system to raise and lower ramp between 43 and 62 in height with 4, 2 per side, 9 iron wheels.
