B. Competition is set aside for Small Businesses. Applicable NAICS code is 238160 Roofing Contractors
C. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000
D. Prospective offerors shall complete block 14, 15 and 19.
E. Prospective offerors shall be registered with Systems for Awards Management(SAM)with an active registration.
