Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Scope of Work will vary from project assignment to project assignment in complexity and the scope of services to be provided by the Contractor. Services to be provided may include one or more of the items of service listed below: 1.Review of plans and specifications for constructability. 2.Estimating Services. 3.Assisting Facilities Services staff in developing the client’s program needs. 4.Recommending options for renovations and remodeling. 5.Provide full construction services including carpentry, paint, dry wall, suspended ceilings, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing, and other services as required. 6.Hire of sub-contractors as required per specific assignment. 7.Full cost documentation including daily work logs.
