The Veteran’s Administration (VA) seeks to lease the following space:
State: Utah
City: Moab and Spanish Valley
Delineated Area: A 2-mile-wide corridor centered on State Highway 191, being bounded at:
1) the North by the intersection of Highway 191 and State Highway 279 (the northern portion of Moab), and
2) in the South by the intersection of State Highway 191 and State Highway 175 (in the southern portion of Spanish Valley).
Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2565
Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2900
Space Type: Outpatient Medical Clinic
Parking Spaces (Surface): 25, with no less than 5 accessible (one of which is van-accessible), including one space with a 220V power hook-up able to accommodate a 50-foot Mobile Medical Unit
Full Term: 20
Firm Term: 10
Non-Firm Term: 10
Additional Requirements: VA signage appropriately posted as detailed in the Agency Specific Requirements for Moab (Exhibit B2 to the RLP)
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
