This is a combined synopsis/solicitation RFQ for the purchase of new office furniture to support employees returning to the office located at 27 Arkansas Rd. Limestone, ME 04750. The contractor is required to set up, assemble all requested items. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and expertise necessary to assemble equipment. The contractor shall assemble desks and chairs in accordance with the manufactures installation guidelines.
SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE: All quotes must be received by the closing date/time 12/07/2023 at 10:00 AM EST. Preferred delivery method for submission of your quote is via email: Laura.B.Price7.civ@mail.mil.
Required Date: Required Assembly and completion date, 30 days after award.
