The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to accomplish the work for Project # 626-19-103 "Upgrade 4th Floor Hallways and Interiors” at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, VA Medical Center, 1310 24th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37212 in accordance with the statement of work (SOW), specifications, and drawings. The work includes but is not limited to architectural, plumbing, fire protection, controls, medical gas, mechanical, electrical power and systems, construction, alterations, necessary removal of selective existing construction and certain other items to complete the project.

award, the contractor must be listed and viewable in the Registry at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ at the time of offer due and award.
Pre-bid Site Visit: 28 Nov 2023 at 1PM CT at TVHS Nashville VA Medical Center. Meet in the lobby. SEE FAR 52.237-1 for
additional information. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, all prospective bidders must have an active SAM registration at time of offer and award.
For clarifications and questions, submit a written request for information (RFI) to vance.rosebush@va.gov. RFIs must be specific in identifying section, paragraph, and page number and must be in question format. All RFIs submitted shall include the project number and title, contractor name, city, state, phone number, date submitted and RFI questions. Questions received after 2:00 PM CT November 22, 2023 will not be answered unless it is determined to be in the best interest of the government. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. All questions at the site visit MUST BE in writing and submitted as an RFI.
The official bid opening will be December 14, 2023 at 2:00 PM CT and will occur via Microsoft Teams meeting.

opening.
