Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition
The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open
competition for an existing lease for the Social Security Administration that is expiring in
Tullahoma. TN
The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 7200 ANSI/BOMA
office area and 39 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be
contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be
included as part of the rental consideration.

To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by 11/13. (Submissions by other than the
owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting
permission to make a general offering of the space).
