This is an Advance Notice/Sources Sought announcement in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Dam Neck Activity (NSWCDD DNA). NSWCDD DNA has a requirement to for contractor support, expertise, and services to assist in the command's execution of In-Service Engineering (ISE) for STEI Carry-On Equipment (COE) systems. An amendment to this announcement is forthcoming and will include further specifics regarding Industry Day date/time/location, along with further requirement attachments. Capability Statements shall be provided via email to: matthew.aponte.civ@us.navy.mil. This is not a request for proposals (RFP) and does not obligate the Government to award a contract or task order. The date and time for an on-site Industry Day has been updated to 1000AM - 1400PM on 06 December 2023. Requests to participate in Industry Day must be received by Close of Business (COB) on 04 December 2023. Questions and Capability Statements are due NLT COB on 15 December 2023.
