The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District is seeking a contractor to supply one 80-ton Rough Terrain Hydraulic Crane to the Government on a rental basis for approximately 19 weeks. The crane would be delivered to Lock & Dam 2 in Hastings, MN as soon as possible, with a tentative pickup date of March 29, 2024.
PLEASE NOTE: This solicitation is for rental of the Crane only. The crane will be operated by a qualified Government employee. Do not quote rates for crane operations that include an operator.
The 80 ton Rough Terrain Hydraulic Crane shall have a minimum boom length of 100 ft; Jib is not required but is acceptable. Crane shall be capable of lifting 15,000 lbs at a radius of 50 ft with outriggers fully extended. The cab of the crane must be able to mechanically move to an angle of 20 degrees for increased visibility of the boom load.
Contractor shall have a qualified service technician available within three hours notification of a breakdown or malfunction. Contractor will be responsible for required routine maintenance during the rental period above the operator level.

Contractor shall be responsible for transportation to and from the job site.
