The Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). Intends to execute Rolling Admissions into its current Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) program for performance of the following services:
Commercial depot level overhaul of US Navy, US Coast Guard, Military Sealift Command and Foreign Military Navy LM2500 Power Turbine Assemblies (PTAs) and National Stock Number (NSN) 2S 2835-01-032-9124.� The LM2500 PTA was designed and manufactured by General Electric (GE) and is utilized by the US Navy as the MGT engine aboard over 300 surface combatants including CG-47, DDG-51 and LCS-2 Class ships.
This contemplated contract action will be conducted on a full and open competition basis. Potential awardees must be an established commercial overhaul depot with GE Level IV licensure or equivalent. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) for the required services is included in the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) document.
