The 355th Contracting Squadron is in the market research phase of a potential requirement and is looking for interested and capable sources for the following:
Human Performance Optimization (HPO)
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, labor, supervision, management and quality control necessary, except as specified in performance work statement (PWS) paragraph 2.0, Government Furnished Property, Equipment, and Services, to perform Human Performance Optimization (HPO) Program Services, as defined in this performance work statement (PWS). The contractor shall perform injury prevention and mitigation, rehabilitation services, and HPO services to personnel assigned to the 304th and 306th Rescue Squadrons (RQS) at Portland Air National Guard Base (PANG), Oregon and Davis-Monthan AFB (DMAFB), Arizona. The contractor shall furnish consultation and reports, similar to the range of services found in a commercial facility, as well as services specialized to meet the needs of Air Force Special Warfare operators. Performance shall be in accordance with the professional standards of the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), and as defined in the PWS.
The contractor shall hire, manage, and schedule positions meeting the six (6) following services, 1) Physical Therapy/Injury Management (PT/IM), 2) Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), 3) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), 4) Massage Therapist (MT), 5) Performance Dietitian (CSSD) and a 6) Sport Performance Psychology (SPP) Professional as required. Each of the six positions shall be provided at DMAFB for the 306 RQS. For the 304 RQS, only positions 1 (PT/IM), 2 (ATC), 3 (CSCS), and 6 (SPP) shall be required at PANG.
