The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of the U.S. Army Joint Munitions Command, is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources with the experience and expertise necessary to re-establish Pamlico Stormwater Drainage System and water areas (Pamlico Dam and Sage Road Basin) at the Hawthorne Army Depot in Hawthorne Nevada.
