VA seeks to lease between 2000 - 3000 RSF of administrative office space with a minimum of 12 parking spaces within the delineated area explained below for use as a Common Administrative Office. VA will first consider leased space located in an existing building then new builds, not build to suits.
To receive consideration, submitted properties must be located within the following area described below, which is bound by the following roads, or must front on any of the following boundary lines:
In/Around Mesa, AZ.
North Boundary: Area south of E. University Dr.
West Boundary: area east of S.Higley Road
South Boundary: area north of E. Baseline Road
East Boundary: area west of S. Crimson Road
