**PLEASE NOTE** The Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (MUTC) is NOT a Fort, Camp, or Base. It is a randomly used training site located in a remote area. There are no "full time" military units based there. Food orders are NOT consistent and are often placed on short notice.
The Indiana National Guard issues this Request For Quote (RFQ) to small businesses in order to establish a single award, pre-priced, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in accordance with FAR 13.303 for (off site) catered meals at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center Butlerville, IN 47223. The period of performance for this BPA is 4 years.
The contractor shall manufacture bulk catered meals at own facility or food truck. Meal recipe and portion size shall be made to the specifications found at TM 10-412. No Government furnished equipment is available to vendor. Equipment incidental to the place of delivery, such as a walk in cooler, may be available with prior coordination with Contracting Officer Representative but is not guaranteed

The ONLY form that we need back from you is the completed solicitation filled out. It is not necessary to provide other documents.
