Contractor shall provide Health Club Memberships to USCG Homer, AK Area.
The vendor shall provide the following;
a. Cardio Equipment
b. Free Weights
c. Fitness Classes
d. Circuit Training Machines
e. Availability
f. Clean Facility (Showers, Locker Rooms, Etc.)
Period of Services 10/01/2023 through 09/30/2024
All bills will be submitted to USCG Sector Anchorage office for verification and accuracy.

The Coast Guard shall only pay for the actual number of current memberships per billing cycle.
No new members shall be permitted to join without written authorization from USCG SECTOR ANCHORAGE.
Federal Acquisition Regulation Clauses for Commercial Services (FAR 52.212-4 through FAR 52.212-5) and Labor Wage Rates are included and applicable.
