This acquisition will be used to procure highly specialized services required to provide A-E services in support of USACE in executing the Defense Logistics Agency-Energy (DLA-E) Fuels Leak Detection Program at locations worldwide [i.e., both within and outside the Continental United States (CONUS and OCONUS)] and any other agency’s or organization’s fuels mission. This announcement may award up to one (1) $249M Unrestricted Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC). The Government will compete the Unrestricted SATOC for Fuels System Leak Detection services at all locations under the responsibility of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to include both CONUS and OCONUS work.
