The Lolo Pass Visitor Center and the Powell Ranger Station of the Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forests have a requirement for janitorial services within fifteen Federally-controlled facilities at two different locations that are within a 15-mile radius of one another. Five of the buildings will require year-round janitorial services, two buildings will require services during part of the year, and eight buildings will require annual janitorial services. Two of the buildings are located at the Lolo Pass Visitor Center and thirteen buildings are located at the Powell Ranger Station.
Both the Lolo Pass Visitor Center and the Powell Ranger Station are located off Highway 12 between Lolo, Montana, and Kooskia, Idaho. They are approximately 13 miles apart from one another. The addresses may not work with electronic map locators such as Google Maps.
