Solicitation posting for healthcare laundry & lenin services for National Centers for Animal Health is located at 1920 Dayton Ave. Ames, IA 50010. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, enclosed transportation (deliveries to be in a van or box truck to ensure it is not exposed to the elements), supplies, etc. necessary to perform laundry services at the National Centers for Animal Health (NCAH) that include pickup and drop off at multiple locations on NCAH campus. The contractor will be required to wash, dry, and fold dry goods laundry and to wash, dry, and iron flat goods. The amount of washing, drying, ironing and folding will vary each week depending on the quantity of items turned in each day. Contractor will need to comply with the following:
- Have at least one person that works on site that is a Certified Laundry and Linen Manager (CLLM). See also clause 452.237-74 Key Personnel.

- Meet the requirements outlined by the Joint Commission for Hospital Accreditation or Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC).
